Subodh Kerkar’s engagement with mirrors started many years ago, when he decided to plant mirrors in nature. “Human beings like to admire themselves in mirror, why not give an opportunity to nature to admire itself”. The artist placed mirrors on the wet sand, for the waves to play with it. The sky reflects in the mirrors. The incoming waves cover the mirrors with sand and the receding waves wipe it away, creating a spectacular drama.
